Recent changes in my own life and health have focused my professional attention on preventative healthcare, healthy lifestyle choices, exercise, and diet in our culture. It is clear that the approach of traditional medicine has not been effective by itself in maximizing health in our society. Short term, symptom based solutions need to be supplemented by long term choices that will improve health and wellness.
